Terms of Use

These terms apply to www.prepfriend.com, app.prepfriend.com and any message you send us. By using PrepFriend or sending us a message you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PrepFriend.

Who can use PrepFriend

PrepFriend is a test-prep service for students, parents and teachers. If you are under 18, you may use PrepFriend only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Accounts

Accounts are currently created by request and signed in with a Google (Gmail) account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may decline a request, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Messages you send us

When you use the contact form we receive your email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to set up your account. We do not sell this information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to have it deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PrepFriend: no attempts to break in, overload or scrape the service, no sharing of your account, and no copying of questions or lessons for redistribution. Use the AI features for studying, not for anything unlawful or harmful.

Our content

Questions, lessons, reports and the PrepFriend name and logo belong to PrepFriend or its licensors. You may use them for your own study, or with your own students or children. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, PrepFriend.

No guarantee of results

PrepFriend helps you practise and shows where to focus, but we cannot promise any particular score. AI suggestions and explanations can be wrong. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, PrepFriend is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms as PrepFriend grows. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use PrepFriend after a change means you accept it.
